By downloading or using Nook Schedule, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. The service
Nook Schedule is a personal scheduling app for iPhone. It helps you plan shifts, events, appointments, and routines.
3. Your content
You own the events, shifts, templates, and other content you create. We don't claim rights to your schedule data.
4. Acceptable use
- Don't use the app to break the law.
- Don't attempt to reverse-engineer or resell the app.
- Don't misuse features (for example, uploading images that you don't have the right to process through the scanner).
5. Premium and subscriptions
Premium features may be offered as subscriptions or a one-time lifetime purchase. Purchases are processed by the App Store and subject to Apple's terms. Prices shown on this site are indicative — the App Store shows the final price for your region.
6. Renewals and cancellation
Subscription renewals are handled by the App Store. You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in your Apple ID settings. Refunds are handled by Apple according to App Store policy.
7. iCloud and Apple services
If enabled, iCloud sync uses services provided by Apple and is subject to Apple's terms. We are not responsible for iCloud availability, sync speed, or account issues managed by Apple.
8. Updates and changes
The app may be updated to add features, fix issues, or adjust behavior. Some features may change or be removed. We'll aim to avoid breaking changes and communicate large ones in-app.
9. Disclaimer
Nook Schedule is provided "as is." While we work hard on it, we can't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that it will fit every specific use.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, Nook Studio is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the app.
11. Termination
You can stop using the app at any time by deleting it. We may suspend or terminate access if the app is used in a way that violates these terms.
12. Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the update will appear on this page with a new "last updated" date.
