1. Summary
Your schedule data lives on your iPhone. Nook Schedule does not require an account and does not sell your data. Optional iCloud sync uses your own Apple account and is handled by Apple.
2. Information stored on your device
The app stores the events, shifts, templates, jobs, categories, and settings you create. This data stays on the device unless you enable iCloud sync.
3. iCloud sync
If you turn on iCloud, your schedule is synced through your personal iCloud account so it's available on your other Apple devices. Apple manages that storage. We do not have access to it.
4. Purchases and subscriptions
Premium is purchased through the App Store. Apple handles the transaction and receipt. The app receives a signal indicating whether the user has an active entitlement — it does not receive payment details.
5. Diagnostics
If you opt in through iOS settings, Apple may share aggregated, anonymous crash and performance data with the developer. This data does not contain your events or personal information.
6. Schedule Scanner
The scanner processes images you select in order to detect dates, times, and shifts. Images are used only to produce the detected events shown for your review. We don't retain your images beyond what's needed to complete a scan session.
7. Notifications
Notifications are scheduled locally on your device. The app does not run a push server for personal reminders.
8. Analytics and tracking
Nook Schedule does not include third-party advertising trackers. Standard App Store metrics provided by Apple may be available to the developer in aggregate form.
9. Data you export or share
When you share, export, or back up data, that copy leaves the app and becomes subject to the destination's handling. For example, an exported file saved to Files or shared via Messages is controlled by iOS and the receiving app.
10. Children
The app is not directed at children under the age it's available for in the App Store for your region. It doesn't knowingly collect personal information from young children.
11. Data deletion
Deleting the app removes its on-device data. iCloud data can be removed from your iCloud storage in the iOS Settings app under your Apple ID.
12. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the update will appear on this page with a new "last updated" date. Material changes will be highlighted in-app when reasonable.
