Troubleshooting
The app won't open
Force-close the app and reopen it. If the issue persists, restart your iPhone or reinstall the app. Your data will remain in iCloud if sync is enabled.
Events aren't syncing between devices
Check that iCloud Drive is on and that you're signed in to the same Apple ID on both devices. Give iCloud a minute to catch up after enabling sync.
Notifications aren't showing
Open iOS Settings → Notifications → Nook Schedule and confirm alerts are allowed. Also check that Focus modes aren't silencing the app.
Restore a previous purchase
Open the app's Premium screen and tap Restore Purchases. This asks the App Store to re-check your Apple ID for active entitlements.
